We work without a catalogue to save costs. You can find our standard range and most product information on this website. If you have specific questions concerning (availability of) certain products please contact us. We can pack your own cosmetic formula in cosmetic sachets. All other packagings are filled with our standard approved formulations. We work with all main vectorised files like EPS, Illustrator, Corel Draw, Freehand.As we don't have all fonts in our library please convert font files into paths. For full colour digital printing please submit your file as high resolution JPG or Photoshop (Psd) file. If you don't have a vectorized logo file please mail your highest resolution jpeg or bitmap file and we can see if we can work with it. Your order will be delivered within 4 weeks after approval of the design and receipt of your payment unless stated differently. For rush orders please contact us. Sometimes we can do miracles. After you have sent us your logo file we will prepare a digital lay-out for approval without any obligations. This lay-out can be adjusted untill you are satisfied. Only after you have approved this lay-out we will proceed with processing your order. After ordering and approval of the artwork you will receive an invoice by e-mail. This invoice can be paid with an bank transfer to our international bank account (Iban) number which is mentioned on the invoice. Please submit your VAT number if you have one. This allows us to send an invoice without VAT. If you would like to pay with Visa or Mastercard you will be charged with an extra cost of 3,5% which we, unfortunately, have to pay to the credit card issuer. We accept Visa and Mastercard at a surcharge of 3,5% (which we, unfortunately, have to pay to the credit card issuer) We ship to all countries except for SPF products to the US. |
