How to order promotional cosmetics

You can make an enquiry either by e-mail, telephone or by filing out our form. Alle requests normaly will be answered within 24 hours. Due to the production process over and under delivery up to 10% is permitted. You will only be charged for the quantity you receive.

Please send logo or texts in the following formats: EPS, Illustrator or Prepress PDF with all fonts converted to paths. After receipt we will send you a design proposal without any obligations. Only after accepting the design we will start processing your order.

After having received your artwork approval and payment your order will be processed. From this moment it will take an average period of 3-4 weeks before the goods will be delivered. For rush jobs please contact us. All our products are produced following EU Cosmetic Directive 76/768/EEG. All main production production processes are ISO 9001 certified. We only work with standard tested and approved formulations.

We print all kind of logo's on tubes, bottles, jars, sticks and sprays. Also multi colour printing is possible. Our mainly used printing technique is silkscreen or tampon print in requested pantone colours. Depending on the product configuration full colour printing is also possible. Please mind that each cosmetic product which leaves the factory will be foreseen with legal mandatory ingredients and distributor's name.

App. 3-4 after your order has been processed it will be delivered to your warehouse. All products are carefully packed and shipped with a professional distributing company like UPS, DHL or DPD. We ask you to check delivery very well and to refuse and send it back in case of any damages.
